Lifestyle challenge week #93 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #93
Hello,
another full week comes to an end. This time I was traveling for 3 days because we had a day off on 1 May.
I would introduce this extra day weekly, although I strongly believe that you should be paid for performance.
Because I was traveling for only 3 days, I was able to train 5 times. As usual, I trained the back, legs, chest, stomach and shoulder. I also wanted to start with the sprints, but somehow the motivation was not there. I'm on the road for 4 days next week, which will affect my training schedule.
The main project continued slowly. I have a lot of stress because it does not work as expected. There are a lot of costs which I can keep hardly in the long run. Let's see if something changes quickly.
I wrote every day on Steem. I do it to relax myself, to improve my vocabulary and to earn something by the way.

eine andere volle Woche geht zu ende. Ich war dieses mal 3 Tage unterwegs weil wir hatten ein Tag frei am 1 Mai.
Ich würde diesen extra freien Tag einführen, auch wenn ich fest der Meinung bin dass man für Leistung bezahlt werden soll.
Weil ich nur 3 Tage unterwegs war konnte ich 5 mal trainieren. Wie gewohnt habe ich den Rücken, die Beine, die Brust, den Bauch und die Schulter trainiert. Ich wollte auch mit den Sprints anfangen, aber irgendwie war die Motivation nicht da. Nächste Woche bin ich 4 Tage unterwegs, was mein Trainingsplan beeinflussen wird.
Mit dem Hauptprojekt ging es langsam weiter. Ich habe viel Stress weil es funktioniert nicht wie gedacht. Es entstehen mächtige Kosten was ich auf Dauer schwer halten werden könne. Mal sehen ob sich da schnell was ändert.
Auf Steem habe ich täglich geschrieben. Ich mache es um mich zu entspannen, um mein Wortschatz zu verbessern und etwas nebenbei zu verdienen.
