Welcome to our curation report number 280
We believe that the greatest value we can bring to Steem and Steemit is not only in the curation of content (voting articles) but in the social curatorship, the curatorship that employs constructive criticism and education through the comments to add value to the contribution of the author, the unification of these two concepts (content curation + social curation) will allow us to achieve better results in the medium and long term regarding the quality of the content on Steem.
We are currently curing content in Spanish and English from the following categories:
- Plastic, visual and performing arts
- Literature
- Music
Down below we present the articles upvoted between 17 & 18/08/2019
The articles published in this post do not belong to us, the only purpose is to publicize the content and give an account of our curations.
This my entry for the monomad challenge/Moon
Wonderful and impressive photography. It removes in my imaginary a generic or apocalyptic figuration, or of romantic roots (in the sense of the original romanticism). It has a lot of visual force. The haiku-style poem that accompanies the photo is also very good. @josemalavem
La Canción del Día: Space Oddity (David Bowie)
Great tribute to the great David Bowie and one of his most remembered songs. Bowie was not only a musician of great achievements in the most progressive rock, but a bold and transgressor individual, to whom contemporary culture owes much. This song, "Space Oddity," which is part of our musical affective memory, always seemed to me to be a tribute to the 2001 film: Stanley Kubrick's Space Odyssey. Also a very good video version of the song. @josemalavem
Un regalo que nadie quiso - Otra parte de un cuento
A very well narrated tale, with the combination of all the psychological elements in conflict. It fictionally presents a crude and terrible reality that can be lived in our countries. It reveals the dark feelings that can lodge in the hearts, even of that environment that we idealize: the family. @josemalavem
A poem that reflects the feelings kept through the different experiences through which one passes. I feel in each verse those feelings of frustration for not bringing out all those sorrows. @historiasamorlez
El Pavo Real Y La Grulla PASO A PASO + ANIMACION GIF
A fantastic artistic work, where you show us the realization of this drawing step by step and how you are arriving at an impressive end in movement. The peacock is a very beautiful animal and you have been able to portray it in the best way. @historiasamorlez
De vuelta por un haikú para Mizu No Oto
A beautiful haiku exercise, but, even more, a reflection of great intensity and quality. I think that the meditation on the particular situation (which is, surely, that of many in Venezuela), the conception of the contest and the presented exercise are very well interrelated. @josemalavem
Lucía y el Lobo (Cuento; revisión - Parte 5 de 5)
A beautiful children's tale (suitable for adults) that closes with a very successful "chapter". Lucía, reunited with the wolf of her dreams, will become the teenager who, like a wolf (although not ferocious), will shout her rebellion (or her pain). Very good! @josemalavem
An important contribution of the Venezuelan bandola, which is a traditional instrument and present in various songs that represent a nation. The informative material is very interesting, but also the photographs contribute an important value to the knowledge of this instrument that is very little known outside Venezuela. @historiasamorlez
A very ingenious poem with the use of such an exquisite theme as music. The rhythms were defined very well and make the references you used of them, are the most correct and precise. @historiasamorlez
Retratos B&N...( Desafío Monomad)
A monochromatic photograph that has an impressive sea bottom. The shot as it is, induces the thought of those times of ships thrown into the sea, having in expectation the wives in the ports who fervently awaited their return. @historiasamorlez
