Vermont Declares It Won't Follow In CBD Crackdown
At least 3 states have newly initiated a crackdown on CBD edibles, they are Maine, New York, and Ohio.
CBD is legally permitted to be sold in Main and New York but not in edible form according to health department officials and so they've started to target the growing number of businesses that have opted to serve a wide variety of cbd-infused edible products. They've been banned from restaurants, with authorities insisting that they aren't safe to consume.
Not FDA Approved...
But in Vermont, the state Agency of Agriculture reportedly insists that they aren't going to follow in the same footsteps. The crackdown has undoubtedly caused a number of CBD sellers and users to question whether or not their access might soon be limited. The Vermont agency has insisted that there isn't any chance that they will seek to take similar action and they're looking to work with the FDA for clarification.
They're also reportedly looking to help ensure that CBD products that are being made in Vermont are also permitted for sale in other states.
Many others in the cannabis community have vowed their dedication to the pursuit of freedom for this industry, even if that means engaging in civil disobedience for the cause.
Unsurprisingly, a growing number of police officers have allegedly been turning to use CBD oil products in Texas and likely many other areas, as an alternative remedy to pain or mental stress that they might suffer which comes as a result of the job.
There remains a great deal of confusion at the moment surrounding cannabis in the United States and CBD products etc, because of the remaining federal prohibition but increasing legal market in various states. But despite the threats about punishment and bans on products, customers and sellers are still willing to take the risk for their freedom.

Gosh @doitvoluntarily, how very confusing it must be for so many people. It is always interesting to read posts like yours to find out what is happening outside Australia.
@doitvoluntarily Hello dear friend, thank you very much for spreading this news, I think that persecuting those who sell and confiscate their products is not the solution, if the authorities are sure of what they are doing, they should demonstrate and intervene in where original, manufacturing
I wish you a great day
