Always, Grand Chefs have urged us to use fresh herbs in the food for a great flavor. But when the ingredients list is enriched with herbs such as Marijuana & Cannabis, a new culinary trend seems to be emerging high.

It may seem unbelievable for some, Marijuana used for culinary purposes seems to be among the latest gourmet trends, being already used by the world's Chefs.

According To Theguardian; Specialists have put more weight on the therapeutic and curative properties of these herbs, Chefs have decided to explore their gastronomic potential, relying on flavor and taste in combination with various other ingredients.

But Marijuana is not for everyone, as this delight is reserved only for the Luxury Gourmet, being integrated into menus where the chefs have allowed themselves the freedom to experience and express themselves as creatively as possible.

Thus, from dinners where preparations have been garnished with Fresh Marijuana Leaves and to restaurants where Cannabis has been incorporated directly into preparations, hallucinogenic herbs appear to be more and more present in the world's culinary scene.

At luxury restaurants, as the restaurant of Dragsholm Castle in Denmark, one of the most prestigious restaurants in this country, Master Chef Claus Henriksen serves his guests Smoked With Marijuana Smoke, decorated with fresh cannabis leaves and accompanied by Roasted Marijuana Seeds.

Claus Henriksen has also created a Cannabis-Enriched Aerated Pudding, as well as festive sausages with Marijuana leaves and crushed peanuts, which he included in the Christmas menu.

The Variety Of Cannabis used by Chef Henriksen has a very low THC content ( Tetrahydrocannabinol ) and is grown on Søren Wiuff's Farm, a famous supplier of the legendary Noma restaurant and other top restaurants, highly appreciated for the organic principles he uses in culture its plants.
