NY Invest gains a new sponsor, Bybit

Bybit announced that it will expand its participation in Coindesk New York Invest Conference from an invited partaker to a full-fledged sponsor. Invest 2018 will bring together institutional investors, hedge funds, service providers, and asset allocators from all over the world to discuss, exchange ideas, and forecast on the evolution of the cryptocurrency markets in 2019.

What is Invest?

Consensus: Invest 2018 is a yearly cryptocurrency event in which major stakeholders, market makers, industry leaders, and investors gather to discuss new trends and technologies in the blockchain field and how those can be used to foster the cryptocurrency market. The event, organized by Coindesk, started in 2017 and grew to be the industry’s biggest and most anticipated event.

Bybit sponsors Invest

Bybit was invited to attend the event earlier this year but has recently stated it decided to officially sponsor the event and take a more active stance in its participation and contribution. The CEO and other founders will accompany representatives of every key department to the event to answers questions about the company’s newest products, industry trends, technology development, and give their insights in the future of cryptocurrency for the year 2019. The team has booked two booths, number 48 and 50, in which they will display their new product, and will also participate in other Invest organized events.

Platform Launch

Bybit will launch its newest product, a cryptocurrency derivatives exchange, shortly before the event. Its platform will bridge the gap between traditional finance and cryptocurrencies by setting up new, more professional, standards for the entire industry such as the use of ex-ante and ex-post risk management and API solutions for financial institutions to participate and scale up in the markets. It will also resolve some of the current shortcomings such as market inefficiencies when it comes to contract matching speed.

Bybit will invite interested parties to attend a second event it will host in the Edition Hotel. The event will center more proactively around its newest platform. Interested investors, financial institutions, hedge funds, and industry leaders will have a chance to interact with Bybit’s core team in a more social and relaxed environment, and ask questions regarding their product and opinions for the future of cryptocurrencies.
