On this particular day we were in Surat Thani a province of Thailand we were booked on the Seatran Ferry to cross the Gulf of Thailand over to Koh Toe island but some how it didn't seem like the right day with heavy rain forecast for the whole day but we were lucky enough that apparently the heavy rains did disappear and were able to continue our journey to the island.
