Steem Basic Income
Steem Basic Income is a social experiment to bring a basic income to as many Steemians as possible. Members join by sponsoring others into the program. Steem Basic Income is delivered through providing regular upvotes to member content.

We first published this graph that 'maps' the interrelationships in our member pool a few months ago. Here is our graph and analysis from last time we published it:

It only shows people that regularly upvote each other or @steembasicincome, but with multiple shares for bigger upvotes. That makes sense, because we have over 3400 active members across nine pools. All of those interrelationships would be too much for this chart.
There continue to be a lot of interrelationships in our cluster this time, which we believe is a healthy development. I'd like to think that the opportunity to talk to each other in our discord channel contributes to that, along with the amazing contests that so many of our top members enjoy hosting!
@holger80 has been working hard on our automation project. Let's take a look at his voting graph.

Delegation Bonus Shares
Existing members can receive bonus shares by delegation. For every 10 SP delegated to @steembasicincome, members will receive 1 bonus share. Any Steemian that is enrolled in @steembasicincome can delegate as much as they would like, to receive bonus shares.

Enrollment
If you want to get involved, or to increase the share of basic income that you receive, enrollment is pretty straightforward:
Just send 1 STEEM to @steembasicincome. Include the name of a Steemian to sponsor in the transaction memo (preceded by @). You and the person you sponsor will each receive 1 share in the program. You can sponsor any active Steemian, it does not have to be a current member.

The official currency for enrollment is STEEM. We are not currently accepting SBD for enrollments. Please allow 6-7 days for enrollments to be processed.

In browser version it's in File menu as 'Make a Copy.' On your phone, it should be under settings, I think.

Great to see @steembasicincome keep growing the way it is! And it also makes me happy to see some of the "big names" that are part of the project, or at least are shareholders.
Can we have an updated tool to check our shares in the SBI? I have bought more shares but seems like my vote is the same.
It takes a while for the shares to be added. Currently the chart doesnt have @sbi9, so any new shares over 125 in any pool will not come up on the look up chart.

I checked my account. Now, I have five shares in pool 4. But the voting value is still $0.01. It was the same when I had only two shares. Why it is not increasing?
Maybe your post frequency went up? Or the value of votes went down because of prices, which is out of their control.
You are currently posting at 12 times per week, so your expected vote on each post is 0.006.
so what happens when I (and person I refer) have 1 share?
Then you will start receiving regular upvotes.
and how high is the upvote? What if I post only one or two posts per week? Is that profitable at all?
Value per share is calculated on a weekly basis and then delivered based on your own posting patterns. So posting one or two posts per week is exactly the same profitability as posting daily.
Currently the weekly value per share is about 0.013 STU's without any of the bonus from upvoting our updates.

Hey guys, im just wondering is it possible to transfer my shares to an alternative account? I recently launched a seperate account which i post daily on but have been inactive on this one for over a month now
Please send a request by 0.001 transaction memo to help us maintain an accurate audit trail. We will review that the shares were not sponsored by the account you are sponsoring them to and transfer any that are eligible to transfer.
