Sea Hag is a 6.2% alc/volume American IPA made by New England Brewing Company in Woodbridge, Connecticut. New England Brewery Company is a small batch craft brewer that creates some tasty beers, from IPAs to Stouts alike. The Sea Hag is New England Brewing Company's flagship beer. It can be found at bars and package stores across the State of Connecticut and the surrounding area. It's a solid IPA with a malt base and some hoppy, floral undernotes.

The Can
The Sea Hag is served in a 12 oz can. On one side of the label, 'Sea Hag IPA' is written in orange and red. The other side of the can features a witch-like woman (the Sea Hag) reaching out her hand. Sea Hag is named after a legend of a ghostly widow that haunts the New Haven Harbor, looking for her sailor husband that never came home from sea.
The Beer
The Sea Hag is a crisp, brownish orange color with a head of bubbles when poured into a glass. It has a citrusy, hoppy smell which lets you know it's an IPA. It's a very drinkable beer, with a nice malt blend and hoppy floral flavor. It's not overpowering and it tastes clean. Overall it's a solid beer that's easily accessible. I look forward to trying more beers from New England Brewing Company in the future!

I like the closeup (camera angle) of the shots in this review, in combination with capturing the cold frost on the can (likely facilitated by the black color). That's a cool graphic for this one. Yeah, women can really go down into the ABYSS when they get hooked on some dude...
