Coffee Breath - New England Brewing Company
Beer Review
Coffee Breath is an 8.4% alc/volume Imperial Stout made by New England Brewing Company in Woodbridge, Connecticut. New England Brewery Company is a small batch craft brewer that creates some tasty beers, from IPAs to Stouts alike. The Coffee Breath was loaded with roasty goodness. It contained five different roasts of malt, along with roasted barley and a heap of Dominican and Sumatran coffee from One World Roasters in East Haven, Connecticut.

The Can
The Coffee Breath is served in 12 fluid ounce cans. Like most beers from New England Brewing Company, the Coffee Breath is certainly humorous. On the side of the label you can see a coffee bean drinking a cup of joe and letting out a grotesque smell of the infamous coffee breath. The stench forms a ghastly cloud where the words "Coffee Breath - Imperial Stout with Coffee Added" can be seen.
The Beer
The beer itself tastes just like the name. After taking a few sips I was a bit confused... Was I drinking a beer? Or was I drinking spiked coffee? The Coffee Breath was roasty, rich and smooth. The coffee flavor lingers on the palate just like a cup of coffee would. Be sure to brush your teeth after having one of these!
"This Imperial Coffee Oat Milk Stout is dang huge in name, taste, as well as ingredients. There's five different roasts of malt in here along with a smattering of roasted barley, a goodly bunch of oats, a pinch of lactose sugar for a rich and creamy mouth feel, and big ole heaping brew of Dominican and Sumatran coffee from our java pals over at One World Roasters. Imagine a fudgey chocolate brownie dipped in a smooth, locally roasted cup of joe."

Really hahaha the label of the can is very peculiar and very funny, I really liked it. I love the ingredients with what this beer is made of. When I read everything, I think that drinking this beer is like drinking cold coffee.
Looks fantastic! I need to see if New England brewing is sold here in Nebraska.
Unfortunately it doesn't make it too far out of the state. They are very small and most beers are only sold at the brewery itself.
Well then, maybe that means I just need to take a road trip to the northeast lol.
Hit me up when you do! We'll go on a Beer Tour
Will do! Same for you if you’re ever in the Midwest!
I just heard, coffee is made into beer. Want to taste it.
