BURST Browser
Hi there, I am a developer from BURST Coin, who is working on a very big project. I am making a Web-Browser with built in functionalities that even the leading web browsers do not have. Some of these functions are in-built VPN, Proxy changer and local wallets for BURST Coin and QORA Coin. This project will revolutionize the crypto-currency world. I will now explain about the two Alt-Coins that are used in the project.
BURST Coin:
Burstcoin uses an advanced green algorithm to verify transactions. All you need is free space on your device to contribute to the network and mint your own coins. The algorithm favors smaller miners by design. The underlying network for transactions is decentralized by 2027 full nodes. Bitcoin has currently 5200 full nodes online, Ethereum 5500 and NXT has currently 280 full nodes. Burst includes Smart Contracts via a technology called Automated Transactions. This allows e.g. decentralized trustless & comission free Crowdfunding and Lotteries and many other use cases.
QORA Coin:
New 2nd generation cryptocurrency designed from the ground up to solve Bitcoin's biggest problems.
Built from scratch and will not rely on any other cryptocurrency • Uses a new proof of stake algorithm making it future-proof Developed in Java.
Relied on IPO for initial distribution of the supply. The total amount of Qora in existence is 10'000'000'000 (10 billion)

I am a miner of burst olso and I have a 4 TB setup to mine it. I find it fun and in the same time safe because there is no noise and almost zero consumption.
I mine it 2 months now and my cpu stay at 1% usage, when I discover a block it goes to a maximum of 15% and of course HDD is used in that time.
So In conclusion I am happy about burst and excited about new stuff in burst.

Hey @cynetyc, thank you for the nice welcome! I have 23TB of total mining power which is mining for my asset. I also love the fact that its mineable with little resources taken up. I have been in the community for just over a month now! Do you mind explaining how Steem works? I will also give you a follow as you seem an interesting person with things in common! :)

I started from July and I started to write. I dont mine steem for the moment but I need some better equipment.
That being said I told to myself to have some fun so ....I started to write and read a lot of guides here on steemit:
Those are good guides that can help you to start mining if you want.
And here I can add some more:
Hold in you account more than 300 Steem and you can upvote by using more or less voting power.
This is good because if you vote more than 1 time with 100% power , your power will decrease ...not in value--the value will reamain the same...but in influence.
It is a bad side olso for the writers because all of us want to be voted 100% power, But for this I found I simple solution...just make a few votes per day lets say 3-4 max that are 100%.
Other users chose to vote one time per week and in that day the make many votes and than wait to grow again.

About that I olso am curios about making a working petabyte (but a cheap one not like they abvertise on the web) mining setup for BURST.
Sadly I dont have so much time to spend for this but when I am free I am thinking about this...

hi guys good to see some burst crew here on steemit im minning under 1 tb expanding soon i have brought a tiny amount of your bbrowser asset jackmanmaina hope to buy more once i get more burst as you can imagine under 1tb is not getting me much burst.i did have a 1000 burst day last week .anyway i will continue to support your browser and hopefuly invest more burst into it .how much burst are you guys getting a day on your setups ? ok i have followed yous and given yous a vote and will resteem this post

Thanks for buying some of my asset :) I currently mine over 300 BURST per day without hitting any blocks, which is a decent amount when you count it up over 24 hours. Thanks for the upvote and follow :)

I just started, I like what you guys have said so far about Burst, I have only about 10 GB free old computer would that be too small, or would I be able to mine with it. I'm going to increase my HD space soon. Also wondering if it would slow up GPU mining on the same computer?
@smysullivan you would be able to mine with it, but you may have trouble sending your deadlines to the pool. The maximum deadline allowed is 500 days. Its good to know that you will be adding more HDD Space soon! GPU mining will literally use no CPU on top. To be honest, I don't think GPU mining is very efficient due to more power being used.
Cool thank you, will look more into burst, the GPU is on a different algo where it is profitable, and looking for other ways to use the system at the same time without slowing down the mining.
