Ok, would it be please still be possible in this one instance to do a refund, this and only this time?? I had not known about this policy. I can understand it but my intention was never to do a donation. That post is your first post that deals with refunds and it was only put up 4 hours ago...
Our second post and many others included our no refund policy. I just went above and beyond offering 10-20 refunds a day, making it more and more difficult to come up with funds for our weekly steem power leases.
Here's an idea, take that second post link and put it as your website in your profile. Or somewhere more up-front/visible where people wouldn't have to scroll to the absolute bottom of the blog and read a post to find that out. I guess at least now you've made the post addressing the issue... i don't want to make any 'beef' out of this obviously just expressing my displeasure mostly with my own mistake and wishing that I could have been one of the lucky ones as well. I understand where you are coming from. However I don't think it would be that hard to have something that periodically checks if current bids are 'within spec' and if not offer refund but then again if I know so much about it maybe I should start my own. Anyways, end rant.

I did have no refunds from the beginning and have given over 400 or so refunds all for user errors.
It is not something I want to do, it isn't practical to continue to do so.

at the time of depositing 1 SBD you could still vote and did not do it instantly as @Minnowbooster. you should make the refund otherwise your service loses credibility
We are not an instant bid bot, we are a bidding bot, as we start on our profile. Our bidding windows are 2 hours and 40 minutes. That's why we say we cannot bid on posts older than 6 days 8 hours.
Very bad service
Sorry, you feel that way, we have given hundreds of refunds even though we have a clear no refund policy. We owe 35,000 Steem/month in leases, every refund due to user error has made it harder and harder to break even on our lease.
