My Boxing Journey: 400 Calve Raises = Pain for days

I decided to do calves on Friday the 13, needless to say I am still haunted by them.

I wanted to get my feet to stop cramping, I had the brilliant idea to do 400 reps of calve raises with no weight other than body weight. I cannot express to you how bad this hurts, on Sunday I couldn't walk and every time I try to straighten my legs out I could only fall back to my sitting position and whimper like a puppy.

Don't do anything this stupid... I repeat DON'T DO IT!!!!
