Something from my bar whenever I feel like it episode DCXXVIII

Not only do you get a 2 for Tuesday but a 3 for Tuesday today. This is a set of 3 "crystal" balls. I put the crystal in quotes because like a lot of crystal balls these are just glass. They have a cloudy interior finish. It's not a smooth finish. The camera doesn't show it well but it's more of a cloudy finish. The coating has a cracked look up close that causes the illusion with the light. Something you really don't get to see in a still photo since it requires movement. There are 3 different size balls. The big one is probably close to 2 feet tall. The bases are made out of brass and are coated to prevent tarnishing. They are supposed to be a set but frankly I don't think they look good sitting together like in the picture. They look better spread out in different places.
