Something from my bar whenever I feel like it episode CMXI

Found this bottle of wine tucked away with the holiday bottles. This was probably received as a gift but I have no clue where it came from or when. There is a code on the bottom of the bottle that should indicate the manufacture date of the bottle but 0315 really doesn't make sense. It can't be from 2015. 2003 is possible but no 15th month unless that is the day. Searching for it it appears they changed the ship on the label from year to year but I couldn't find any dated bottles. From what I found this is a wine from Ohio. The back of the label has some history on the ship PUT-IN-BAY which is featured on the front.
