Where are you Dimitris? What's going on with you?

Hello everyone! It's been a while (~10 days) since I posted anything other than Translation contributions. I've been up and down the past 10 days. I started working on 2 different projects (that will be connected in the end), and a lot of things have to be done, so I am concentrating on this. I was also sick for a couple of days (Gastroenteritis, "το σκατό πήγε σύννεφο" as we say in my home town, and no, I won't translate this 😂 )

So, let me make a proper introduction for my projects. Actually, 1 of them, as the other already had a proper introduction.

Greek Translations Team Community

We had plans with @ruth-girl to create a community account for our translations team, that would help us promote our work, and @utopian-io in general. The plan was to seek a small delegation (700SP for starters) and start upvoting everyone who contributes on translations category. We could seek that amount of delegation for @davinci.vote, who are doing the same, but we also wanted to provide insights on our work, and in the long run, support small time users as well without asking for anything in return from them. That's a very long term plan though, but we can only hope. The name of this community account: @aristotle.team

We also hope that me and @ruth-girl can grow this account to a point that it will be able to support us, in order to stop some real life activities and start being more involved with Steemit and @utopian-io.

Community SP

Things quickly got out of hand. We had a few discord meetings with our fellow translators (@katerinaramm, @lordneroo & @trumpman), made some plans on the inner workings of our little community account, and we already reached our delegation goal from our own SP. Each of us delegated 300SP, and we are 5, so @aristotle.team sits at 1500SP. We also had a small delegation from @rosatravels (10SP) and we can't thank her enough for all she has done for our team.

We have created a trail that follows @davinci.vote, and we also get a maximum of 1 upvote per day on our own posts as a "return" for all the work we are doing for this. Everything is going fine so far, the account's posts have some engagement (although we would love to have more) and we couldn't be happier on how things are going on this.

The App

As you may have noticed, a few days ago I made a post about Aristotle App. The name wasn't random, it had to be the same with the community account's name. Aristotle will be our right hand. We will be using it to coordinate our contributions/checks. In the long run, it will be fetching all our contributions automatically, put them to a DB and generate a partial review with some info we are already typing manually to our reviews, as well as some stats for the translator.

There are millions of other things I have in mind about this, but I'm not going to tell you everything now, because things change ;)
