Facebook favors bitcoin - Will it also help steem?

Bitcoin was revalued by 5% in the last six days and by 300% in the last three months.

Bitcoin reached a record high of 19,511 at the end of December 2017, repricing 1,400% that year, and then suffered a 74% collapse in 2018 and subsequent distrust in the investor world. That trend is changing.

The digital currency of Facebook will not depend on supply and demand but will be linked to large financial companies to avoid volatility. Some of the companies that participate as partners in Libra are Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Vodafone and eBay among others.

That is why Libra was born under the wing of 28 companies (founding members) that make up the Libra Association, an organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.
