Is it me or is every Bitcoin ATM in or near the fucking projects
Now don't get me wrong I live in the hood, perhaps that's why I made this observation so easily. Recently we had a spike in Bitcoin well before the dump it took most recently. and I wanted to cash in so I looked online where to cash out, and behold the list was staggering. Okay I thought there's one right by the house. Looked a little more and realized that they all figuratively speaking by all literally are at check cashing places in the hood. Now of course there's not many check cashing places in the upper end neighborhoods but I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any in the east Bay Area that don't require walking past 4 hookers and a crack head. Just saying
Here in Denver there is one in the RiNo district of 5 points. 5 points is the old hood, though there's a lot of gentrification going on. All of the new tech companies and breweries are moving to this up and coming area of RiNo (stands for River North), but at the same time, walking down Larimer north of Park Avenue is sketch as hell, regardless of how nice the new breweries and tech companies are.
I see your point there buddy. You see the same thing in my hood (LA,) when I have to walk to 54&Broadway. Hookers, garbage, bums, & gangbangers everywhere.
If you are in San Francisco or Oakland I don't think you'll be able to avoid all the colorful people. The rich neighborhoods probably don't care about Bitcoin enough to have an ATM near them. Plus, maybe lower class people are taking out Bitcoin loans. I don't know. @johnnyyash
