“Bullish” trend returned to the cryptocurrency market
By the evening of December 29 all top-10 cryptocurrencies show growth in the range from 1.5% to 26%.
The best performance is demonstrated by Ripple, which earlier today updated its historical maximum. The coin’s price rose above $1.9. Its price increased by 26%. Thanks to the rally Ripple outscored Uber by market capitalization.
Cardano also shows good growth. The coin’s price went up by 21% and reached $0.4708. On the third place today is NEM, which grew by 13%.
Bitcoin has risen in price only by 3.8%. Its average price is now $14,958. On Bitfinex Bitcoin’s rate is about $14,645, on Binance - $14,732, on Bittrex - $14,812.
The Ether (ETH / USD), Bitcoin Cash (Bitcoin Cash), Litecoin (LTC / USD), IOTA, Dash and Monero grew from 1.5% to 11%. As for the results of 2017, the leaders among altcoins is NEM (+25 327%) and Ripple (+23 133%). Bitcoin took only the seventh place with the result of 1 460%.
