What Will Happen After Segwit2x Fork
Segwit2X will be a failure and Bitcoin keeps its throne but falls about 10-15% after the fork to compensate the price surge just before the fork. Segwit2X will be priced around 20-30% of the Bitcoin price.
Segwit2X succeeds and pretty much completely replaces BitCoin in which case the price of Segwig2X coin would be comparable to what Bitcoin is priced and bitcoin would loose about 80-90% of its value.
Things go messy and people loose trust with the entire fork and will bring down both Bitcoin and Segwit2X and the sell-off of both the coins happen with price of both the coins going to 10% of what it is today.
Segwit2X succeeds but doesn't replace Bitcoin and both coexist peacefully. Holders will get a free Segwig2X coin and its a win-win for everyone!
Segwit2X is very different from any other forks. This has about 80% miner support and considering BitcoinGold didn't fail, the chanses that Segwit2X will teribelly fail is pretty less but there is a good chance that things could get messy.

80% miner support is huge, but I suppose if they play ball will only be evident at the time of the fork. hopefully, this won't be a damp squib like BTG. However, all these hard forks seem to be artificially inflating the price too much too fast.. Looking for a stabler bitcoin in the days to come.
