Because of the big increase in the number of cryptocurrency holders in Romania:

A real estate agency in Bucharest, specializing in property trading in new residential complexes, announces that it is selling properties in bitcoin, arguing the operation by increasing the popularity of the virtual currency and as a result of foreign investors' demands on the real estate market in Romania.

Crypto-Pizza in Cluj, and for the first time in Romania, start to sell pizza with virtual money. The first pizza was sold with virtual currency few days ago, and the first client paid 0.0086 Dash / 35 Ron for one pizza.

Interesting to see that the sold the pizza in Dash. The bitcoin transaction costs would have made this a pretty expensive pizza.

This is great one pizza for $7=0.0086 DASH for today price.
i am wondering, how can i do an investment appraisal or apply a budget for any project if the currency that i am using is unstable ?

It's a very positive sign that the real estate market is adopting (to a degree) Bitcoins in a more serious way. The more products and services people can buy with their Bitcoins, the better it is for establishing the digital currency - the masses have yet to catch on though!
