Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are right at the moving average ($5,880). High ranges at $5,900 and low ranges at $5,850.

Stochastic RSI indicates overbought conditions (88).

MACD shows we are below the Zero Line but the histogram is sustaining positive. Both moving averages are rising so watch for a full crossover at the ZL.

Price Targets:

Entry $5,500- $5,900

Exit $6,000- $6,550

Has the market finally bottomed out? We have found our support levels at the $5,700-$5,800 range and this is precisely where the market bottomed out in February this year. Looking at longer term charts I would say this is the make it or break it point.

Should support fail then the next major levels of support lie somewhere between $3,000 and $5,500 which would represent support zones established last summer and fall. Bitcoin miners and bigger investors will inevitably help to prop up the price should it fall too low too quickly.
