Is BTC Heat The Real Thing or a Clever SCAM?
Unfortunately, this question doesn't have an easy answer. So far, it does seem to be legit, offering decent rewards for completing tasks, plus the chance for more free rewards (in the form of free slot spins) every three hours.
How does it work?
Basically, BTC Heat works something like a Bitcoin faucet, but with the added fun of regular gameplay. They don't seem to require anything from users other than their Bitcoin wallet address for withdrawals, and this is completely secure unless you somehow also provide them with your passwords or keys...
Can You Actually Make Anything?
At this stage, I have to say yes. Is it worth your time? That's for you to find out. To date, I have won almost 0.01 Bitcoin playing this game a couple of times per day for a week or so. It costs me no more than a few minutes per day, and involves absolutely no financial outlay - really, you can't lose (I don't think)...

When you sign up to BTC Heat , you will recieve 30 free spins on the websites slot game. This game gives you the chance to win small amounts of Bitcoin - usually about 3000 satoshi every so often - but you will occasionally hit the jackpot and win a much larger amount. Your spins will refill every three hours, giving you the chance to win larger amounts more often.
Complete Offers For More Spins
It is also possible to win more spins by completing affiliate offers. These range from subscribing to mobile services (which I wouldn't recommend, as they are expensive) to completing simple surveys. In some cases, you can gain up to 200 free spins by completing slightly more difficult offers.

Although I wouldn't recommend using this option too much, it is also possible to mine extra free spins using the websites built in miner feature. I would assume that BTC Heat is basically using your computers power to mine their own crypto, before skimming their cut off the top and giving you a portion in the form of free spins.
The Catch?
As with any website like this, there is always a catch. In the case of BTC Heat, the catch is that you have to accumulate 0.03 Bitcoins before you can withdraw anything. This will take time, and a lot of people will quit before they get to the withdrawal limit - this is where the website makes a lot of their money.

The Verdict?
In my honest opinion, BTC Heat is not a scam website. However, they intentionally set their withdrawal limit very high so that very few people actually reach it. In saying this, it is possible to make a bit of free Bitcoin out of BTC Heat if you are willing to stick it out for a few weeks.
