Trappist beer
A Trappist beer is a special beer which is brewed by on of the 11 existing Trappist breweries.
This eleven monasteries are currently brew beer and sell it as Authentic Trappist Product.
Six in Belgium, two in the Netherlands and one in the countries of Austria, Italy and United States

During a weekend at the beach in Belgium I got this nice box with 2 big bottles and as well 2 small glaces to empty the bottle with the tranquility of the monchs who brewd the beer.

Great post! I am a big fan of Belgian beers. I visited there when I was a teenager (I was probably only about 15!). But remember having Duvel and Westmalle and all these strong beers that actually still taste great. In the UK we have special brew which are similarly strong - but they are disgusting like a weak lager with ethanol added, so Belgian beers are a revelation. Sante!

Nice post, but as a Belgian I have to tell you that La Trappe is a Dutch Beer, and not a Belgian one, however, the brewery is located at the border between Belgium and the Netherlands ;-) I love the quadruppel!
As it is from the family of Trappist, I don't care so much.
I live as well in Belgium - but in the German part and only 300m behind the border.
Drop 100% powerup immediately. It's worth more to sell SBD's at an exchange and buy steem and then powerup!
