Beautiful Sublime Sunday - Tradition and passion
Usually on Sunday we spend time with the loved ones, with the family. It is an unwritten tradition which should be followed by everyone.
My contribution for #SublimeSunday by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday by @ace108 is about combining my two greateat passions: my children and photography.
Sunday is the only day of the week when I have a little spare time. This is also the day when I take more photos.
Every Sunday photo session starts with my two kids playing with the cameras or just posing.
If my son usually adopts a dreamer posture, my daughter chases the camera decided to take the perfect selfie. Today though, it was not a good day for science. 🙂
After photographing kids or other interesting subjects, I spend the rest of the day editing photos.
This Sunday, while trying different edits of a rose photo, I remembered the tag created by my friend @erikah, #monocolorsepia.
And the rose bud kissed by rains surely looks great in monochrome tones, as good as in color.
The sepia version is even better. It proves what I am always saying: the beauty of flowers is immortal.
My deepest regret is my lack of talent when it comes of painting or drawing. This is how I imagine a painting of this beautiful flower.

Your children are beautiful! So are the roses! I am wondering how you add your watermark to your photos. I would like to get more serious about photography this year, and I should start doing that.

Every photo edit application has the option to add watermark. I use Photoshop Express (every photo requires some enhancements even if it looks good at first glance) and Watermark app for adding my signature. I like this one because it has many options to customise your watermark.
Looking forward to see your photos. Remember one thing: it doesn't matter the gear as long as your photos send a message. 🙂

Oh yes, the app is great. And the new additional features are very interesting. The raindrop and cosmos filters are my favourirte, for now. I have to try the rest too.
Still the color seems better.

Lovely photographs of the little ones, and the artistic edits of the rose are fabulous - I love the colours in the last one. I can't paint or draw either, and the less said about my handwriting the better!
