A beautiful Sunday we live in the land of taragui!

Today in the land of the taragui (Corrientes) it is raining, an ideal day to be in family watching movies and eating pororó, here we make pororó with corn pisingallo, we consume salados others consume it sweet, it is sprinkled with honey of bees and it really stays very exquisite.

Sunday morning dawned cold, was the reason to visit the mall, we prefer to enjoy the outdoors, hours later and after lunch, the day was composed by raising the temperature a lot, as expected we changed and left to give an outdoor walk.

On this occasion we visit a place that brings us grateful memory, an icon of our city.

!Mitre Park!

Mitre park is a huge estate of 15000 square meters, located in the heart of the city, a magical place of my land "taragui". This place was born as a "military center" called "San Pedro" and "Campo de Marte" here was established the "military offensive batteries", getting rid of the "battle of the battery". One of the worst battles that my province suffered against the Paraguayan brothers.

A very crowded place, hundreds of people attend daily, visit school students, retirees from different jurisdictions, athletes and all people who love nature and healthy air.

My beloved miter park houses one of the seven points of the Paraná River that frames the city of Corrientes, the "punta Mitre".

To spend the afternoon in this place was very gratifying, to sit to the side of the Paraná river, to feel the cool breeze that brings with the winds of the west litoraleño priceless.

A place with a lot of history, here is the old port of Corriente, standing the memory of the lookout or the old lighthouse, which served as a guide to locate the port in the stormy days.

 We visited Miter Point, a monument to President Miter, a historic place, loved and revered by the Corrientes people.

In the distance we could see the club Corrientes Regatas, an institution that accompanied the growth of my province, a true icon in regards to clubs and associations, the club houses inside a beautiful boat parador, an emblem of the coast nautical

One thousand five hundred square meters to pure fun, where to conjugate the nature with the city, the river Paraná and the old trees of the place

Two hundred and twenty photographs allowed us to take the place, various games for recreation and recreations of the smallest, living puppets were present at the place, Pepa, Kung fu Panda, Mini, Mickey, cheered and presented balloons to all the children, one afternoon incredible live my granddaughter Abigail, all this I present you next Sunday, I hope to see you again on Sunday to come.
