What's happening?

These Taurus / Capricorn trines bring the most productive, satisfying and profitable energy to life. Wow, you can get a lot of stuff done when they're around -- and we'll pick up another one from Mercury in a couple of days, adding to the momentum. (Or as much momentum as you get with Taurus in the mix. Taurus energy doesn't like to move fast, or feel rushed ... or waste effort, especially its own. Economy of motion and resources are virtually the stuff of its Prime Directive.)

So, teaming up with Saturn in another Earth sign to get stuff done -- stuff that commands respect, that brings satisfaction and benefits, stuff that can generate more $$$ ... or save it ... or make it go further ... or get great value, etc., which amounts to the same thing ... really appeals to you now. In fact all of us are in this mood -- so enjoy "being Taurus" for a while. You could certainly do worse.

This energy is patient, sensible and practical. It gets where it wants to go through careful planning ... and by taking minimal risks. When it sees a clear path to victory, moving from Point A to Point B ... it makes that happen, and if you try to interfere with its determination, you're liable to wind up pasted to the pavement where it rolled right over you.

Saturn / Capricorn combinations are among its natural allies. It loves this partnership -- in any fusion of talents whatsoever. It can really turn that talent into gold -- seriously. • Unusual patience, self-discipline, self-control, etc. -- which may be quite out of character if you're not naturally known for these traits
• A demonstrable willingness to step up and take responsibility -- or accept what responsibilities are needed -- to achieve important goals
• Strong preferences for traditional tactics, a conservative step-by-step approach to your projects, moves that will let you make steady-but-solid progress toward a result you can clearly define -- you don't want to leave anything to chance if you can help it
• An industrious, conscientious attitude -- and a good sense of what it will take in terms of time, effort, investment, etc., to do what you have in mind
• Persistence!!! -- because once you've set your sights on something now ... that's the end of the discussion as far as you're concerned -- which is why all this care and precision goes into the planning. You want results!! Period!! (And you'll get them, too ... as long as it's humanly possible to do so.)
