Jupiter turns retrograde in Scorpio late Thursday night. This begins a time of retrenching in order to expand again ... in about 4 months, on a bigger scale with more potential. A new growth period is gearing up ... and whatever goodness you see before you now is only the beginning.

Little by little, I'm doing a set of articles that talks about all the elements in your horoscope and what they have to say about you. If you "know something" about Astrology -- or know something about your chart placements, that will help you get more from this material.
If you don't ... well, this is one place you can learn. We all have to start somewhere ... because we aren't born knowing this stuff. Meanwhile, if you've never seen your horoscope ... and don't have a clue how to work with it, maybe it's time to find out. There are lots of "chart services" on the internet -- some of whom produce decent, readable charts "for free" and some are so awful and confusing that even I can't read them easily -- and I've worked with charts for decades.
One extremely user-friendly chart site is here: AstroLabe. I recommend them if you want a simple, easy-to-read chart. I think they even give a reasonable little interpretive reading of your horoscope as part of the package. You'll need to know your birth information -- day, month, year, time and geographical place. Without all that your chart will have limited accuracy.
Or, if you want to get serious and really talk about this, upvote this post and start a conversation in the comments section sometime in the next six days from the time of publication. We'll go from there depending on what you want to know.

Although sometimes the background pictures in our visual essays support the topic and text, they don't always. Sometimes the connection is clear. Sometimes it's symbolic and subtle. Sometimes, there's no connection at all.
The scenes depict landscapes and natural features, buildings and wildlife. They were chosen because they show something lovely or interesting ... or simply because the photo appealed to me.
Our spectacular and remarkable planet is changing at astonishing speed. Rarely are these changes for the better. Few people seem to know ... or care ... or have the will and power to do anything about this. It may not be long before the world humans have known and lived in for centuries is forever lost. We certainly won't be able to make repairs as fast as we destroyed it.
So a few years ago I began collecting pictures of the way things were ... and still are for now, a record of the beauty we have while it is still ours to love and honor.

Hello @enchantedspirit, a pleasure to read you, I'm an astrologer and ontological coach, for 17 and 7 years respectively, I just joined the Steemit community, I agree with you to take advantage of astrology in making us more aware in our life, and in the present .
For this reason I want to invite you to remember when Jupiter transited Scorpio 12 years ago, between October 2005 and October 2006, even for those who are older, can go back and remember between October 1993 and 1994. What to remember? The most important events in those periods of life: work, family, travel, children, relationships, ...
For what? The planets are cyclic, they perform their orbital movement around the Sun at defined times, in the case of Jupiter every 12 years, it takes approximately one year for each sign of the zodiac, it is important to recognize the cycles that we have previously experienced and their symbology for each one of us. At the present time we are again in this transit, although we are not the same, it allows us to live more consciously and make the most of the learning and challenges that come our way.

Hola @enchantedspirit, un gusto poder leerte, soy astrologa y coach ontológica, desde hace 17 y 7 años respectivamente, recién me sumo a la comunidad Steemit, coincido contigo en aprovechar la astrología en hacernos más consientes en nuestra vida diaria, y en el presente.
Por ello quiero invitarles a recordar cuando Júpiter transitó Escorpio hace 12 años, entre octubre 2005 y octubre 2006, incluso para quienes tienen más edad, pueden ir más atrás y recordar entre octubre de 1993 y 1994. Qué recordar? Los acontecimientos de mayor importancia en esos periodos de vida: trabajo, familia, viajes, hijos, relaciones,…
Para qué? Los planetas son cíclicos, realizan su movimiento orbital alrededor del Sol en tiempos definidos, en el caso de Júpiter es cada 12 años, demora un año aproximadamente en cada signo del zodiaco, es importante reconocer los ciclos que hemos experimentado anteriormente y su simbología para cada uno de nosotros. En el momento actual estamos nuevamente en éste tránsito, aunque no somos los mismos, nos permite vivir de forma más consciente y aprovechar al máximo los aprendizajes y desafíos que se nos presenten.

Yes, it is a time of rearaging for me, as spring approaches we shake off the winter blues and slow ways of living and burst forth. In Pisces I daydream of springtime and all of the plans, and in Aries we start to initiate those plans. I am damn stoked for this Aries energy, I am sick of swimming in circles and of emotional confusion. I have my mars in pisces, and I really do not like being there with venus and mercury right now. I have an aries moon and I feel like I will be jolted awake by radical action any time now, and thank god! Lets just get up and go fffs!
Honestly, however, I just cant wait for more air! I am sick of all this water and fire and earth a little bit and the forward motion of all the planets, I want air and retrogrades to keep me in check and give me a breather.

Ooh, I'm liking the forecast these two weeks. It is shaping up to be fairly interesting in terms of cooperative ventures. I'll take this as a sign I'm moving in the right direction.
Still, in the baby steps of understanding and taking on these writings, I found this post to be very empowering for my own mentality.
Although I've gained a lot from the words in the post, I'm still skeptical and I have so many questions considering the factual evidence backing up some of the writing. I'm interested in the topic but there are just too many things that don't seem right to me.
With the development of the new BuddyUP community, I'd love for these claims above to be true. It would give me great momentum. My only thought is that it's an exercise of the mind and you form beliefs based on the astrology from writings of others. It's not a shot at you, just where my heads at right now with the topic.
I'd be grateful if you could shed some light on this topic for me, where do the orginal writings and claims about what the stars mean, come from?
