Red theme contest-Candied Haw 「紅」-嬌豔欲滴的糖葫蘆

Artwork ImageHi, steemian, in Taiwan's night market, you can always see the stall selling candied haw. The long-circulating sweet food is a wonderful memory of children in Taiwan from their childhood.

When I was young, there was not much allowance, my mother would not always buy for us this kind of snack, which is easy to cause tooth decay. So occasionally I have the opportunity to eat candied haw, which will make me happy all day. Oh, no! Not just one day, but a couple of days. I was always reluctant to eat. I would lick it a long time, trying to keep the happy-like-a-bird satisfaction a little longer.

The tomato was filled with sour and sweet haws. After biting the crisp maltose with a special aroma, a large amount of tomato juice poured into the mouth. It is only through experience that one can know the unspeakable exhilaration.

It was made with haws and other preserve at the early time, now it's most of the fruit-based, more healthy, but also more good-looking. The bright red tomato wrapped with crystal clear maltose, the oil bright transparent texture is as beautiful as amber.

This post is an entry for @artisteem with the theme "Red". I found that only one picture could be placed in the post from the experience I participated in the artisteem competition last time, and other pictures would not be displayed on the artisteem platform. I really don't get used to putting only one picture in my post which I always feel that this content is not rich enough. However, it is limited to one picture, so although I have taken photos of different types of candied haws, I choose to use the red tomatoes for the theme "Red".

在台灣的夜市,常常可以看到賣糖葫蘆的小攤,這種流傳已久的甜食,是台灣每個小孩從小到大的回憶。

小時候零用錢不多,而像這種容易引起蛀牙的零食,媽媽肯定不會常常買給我們吃,所以偶爾有吃糖葫蘆的機會,就可以讓我開心一整天。喔!不!是好幾天!我總是捨不得吃,舔了老久才一口一口慢條斯理的把它吃完,企圖讓快樂如小鳥的滿足感維持久一點。

小番茄夾入酸酸甜甜的蜜餞,已經是人間美味,加上有特殊香氣的麥芽糖,咬下去脆脆的麥芽糖口感之後,隨即而來的是大量的番茄汁液噴入口中,只有自己體驗過才能知道那種說不出的過癮。

糖葫蘆不只好吃,外型也很吸引人。早期的糖葫蘆以山楂等蜜餞為主,現在大部份以水果為主,更加健康,也更加好看。鮮豔的紅色小番茄裹上晶瑩剔透的麥芽糖,油油亮亮的透明質地,像是琥珀一樣美麗,光是看,就已經讓視覺得到最大的滿足。

ps. 這篇文章是參加@artisteem的競賽,主題是「紅」。上次參加artisteem的競賽才發現文章中只能放一張圖,其他的圖在artisteem的平台上都不會顯示。我真的很不習慣在我的文章中只放一張圖,總覺得這樣內容不夠精彩。但是受限於此,所以雖然拍了不同種類的糖葫蘆,還是只能以紅色的小番茄為主了。

这次发现什么都可以镀上糖妆,包括草莓西红柿。其实我心里的女神还是山楂。

山楂是最傳統的, 一定好吃

还好,平时都吃润喉糖,但是过甜就很腻 XD

跟裡面包什麼水果也是有關係的,如果是有帶點酸味的水果會比較沒那麼甜膩

是啊,不仅口味不一样,高度也相处甚远。我高度183cm(嗯,就是那个台湾前183 Club的标准高度)我哥他只有171cm,走在街上,人们以为我们是朋友,多过像兄弟 :D
