👣ART EXPLOSION WEEK 14: Theme DISTORTIONS - Entry 2 by BecomeTheArtist🌷 [EN][includes Step-by-Step]
Hello,
see here below my second entry to the Art Explosion contest #14 by @juliakponsford.
The theme is DISTORTIONS.
I looked up the Wikipedia definition to crete some inspiration :
Distortion is the alteration of the original shape (or other characteristic) of something.
Like in my entry 1, here also I took a picture from a magazine and changed its shape. This time by cutting it in 4 and then perforated some patterns into it which I then all pasted on a paper as a collage.
I hope you liked my interpretation of the theme distortions!

It took indeed some time (and lots of glue on the fingers to paste all the small elements and stripes on the other entry😉) Nevertheless I enjoyed the process!
