it's really fed up how people are treated - prison planet, the prison industrial complex is sick, sick, sick. until you have experienced incarceration it's difficult to understand how fed your life is for good...try getting a job upon release, a home, any semblance of stability, mental health care...wow, great post -thought provoking. I took care of an elderly lady 'on the inside' - she didn't even know why she had been arrested. she was frail, incontinent....the guards were truly horrendous. my experiences were 4 years ago and I still have ptsd from it. I've been watching 'orange is the new black' and think it's well done but it does kinda take me back 'there'...

It's actually worse as the same applies to people who have been arrested but never convicted. Even if the charges were dropped, or the court found an individual not guilty, they still publish the $mut$hot without also publishing the court's verdict; that information is hidden behind a search function on the county court clerk's website, just so they can claim it's public information. Once you are in the system, guilty or not, you are Fed. To have your record expunged require$$ another court date and an extort... uhm, excuse me, .. a Lawyer.
Something to think about: Their laws, their courts, their judges, their prosecutors, their cops, their jails and their unlimited financial resources. Any questions?
