The artwork that you make reminds me of an advanced civilization from a region surrounded by the sea. The government cooperates with scientists to make technology that is capable of producing electricity resources very large. Microhydro technology was developed as one of the renewable alternative energy sources. This is ignored because the public and the government are aware of the fact that they are among the vast ocean. The islands in the area are areas that must always be prepared if they do not want to run out of energy sources.
So the government launched a development program for micro-hydro development stations to get electricity as a source of energy. The wide open sea certainly provides abundant resources. With the sea wave, it is possible to develop ocean wave energy. Each wave motion is captured by a turbine which will be transformed into electricity. Electricity produced by each micro hydro station is connected so that it will be collected at the central station. This microhydro electric accumulation can gather in large quantities.
With electricity that is large enough to guarantee electricity supply to various parts of the region. this distribution is well managed so that people do not feel heavy paying for electricity. the government sets cheap electricity so that people feel comfortable and happy.
Construction of pillars and electricity stations with sources of ocean waves can also be breakwaters. After the terrible attempt of invasion of the robots, the inhabitants left what remained of the fort, and with much sadness they saw that the island had been seriously affected, on the shores of the island the rubble could be seen.
The desperate inhabitants only called and acclaimed whoever could contain the terrible invasion and this was Daniel, the one they used to call crazy today was their only option for salvation. They feared to repair the fort and be invaded again.
Daniel who had stayed with a robot came up with some buildings in the shape of those robots that tried to invade them and spread them all over the island and in the sea too, so that from the sky they could see them and thus they would not attempt a new invasion They would think they were already invaded.
The inhabitants thought it was a great idea, that's how they created the decoys following Daniel's guidelines.
