Unlimited drawing materials
As artist we all spend money on materials to draw on. In an effort to be less wasteful I started looking at all the packages 📦 that we throw away and realize that companies spend a ton of money on the packaging of their products to get us to buy them. I decided to take one of these boxes and turn it inside out and draw on the other side. This turned out to be a fun medium to draw on it is mid tone so works great for color pencils ✏️ Here is how I turn them into a self standing canvas.
1 open bottom of box
2 find steem and slide finger between to release glue
3 open up box and draw on reverse side
4 folding the box inside out making a triangle free standing canvas start by folding in the tab on the side of the drawing.
5 fold the back over like this
6 fold the end back over these tabs will fold inside and get held in place by the bottom and top tabs
7 fold top in then the last tab this locks it in and makes it hold the shape. Repeat process on the other end.
There you go an unlimited supply of free standing art displays I discover this last year and now save all my boxes so I can do fun small pieces that I can give away to friends and family. This works with boxes of all sizes.

Just went over to check out @gotmeens cactus's... thanks they're very cool. I may have to take a little from the idea, this year we're doing christmas with only handmade presents. Trying to turn it into buy-
nothing/make-something holiday for us little by little. It will be the second year!

Nice nice, I really like that idea. We usually only open boxes to draw on but we never did the fold thing like you did there. Thanks for the idea, we've been saving all sorts of material like that for our kid who loves to draw.
