The Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias in Valencia is one of Spain's most controversial building projects: This architectural wonder went one billion Euros over budget and still, some buildings are already falling apart just years after opening. Nevertheless, this place is now an iconic landmark of Valencia and a cannot be missed!
