This weekend, the missus and I dined out at one of her favourite Chinese cafe's, ...
... "Reindeer" down in a place called Staples Corner. This is a famous dish there I absolutely love. The thing is, she orders it for me in Chinese so I'm not exactly sure what it's called. She refers to it as the "Portugese-style pork and potato" dish. Dunno, I'll take it for what it is. Which is really damn tasty! :))

Mmmm that looks so delicious and different from the usual looking chinese food we order in here in Canada, wish I was there to try it, I love one bowl / Dish meals!
