Skipping Stones Animation Soundtrack and Hello!

Hello! my name is Josh Mobley and I am a composer and sound designer writing mainly for television and movie trailers. This is my second post. However, this really is my introduction to the Steemit community. I look forward to seeing what's here and engaging with the community at large.

This hand drawn animation is called Skipping Stones. It was created by the mad geniuses at Shotopop. They asked me to write the soundtrack and create the sound design. It was a labor of love to say the least and I'm very proud of the end result. That being said, you know the deal. Songs are never really finished, only surrendered.

For the music makers out there who are curious about how the soundtrack was created. I wrote the entire thing in Logic Pro X. The guitar and drums are Kontakt instruments and there is some serum and hive as well. The sound design was also done in Logic using a combination of standard sounds that apple provides with logic, Twisted Tools (highly recommended libraries) and my 3 year old daughter playing the part of the boy.
