у меня сердце сжимается, когда я вижу подобное.
кстати, в Ванкувере нет бродячих животных. вот бомжей - сколько угодно, а животных нет.
Вот у нас есть и то и другое.
Но есть и прогресс - женщина одна организовала приют для собак. Организуются силами детей всякие благотворительные концерты для того, чтобы корм туда покупать.
