My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2024
어제 점심에 먹은 삼겹살이 저녁때까지 소화가 안되서 밤 10시에 동네까지 산책했음에도 거의 2시가 다 되어 잠든 것 같습니다.
제 시간에 일어나서 지각은 하지 않았지만, 하루종일 피곤했습니다.
급한 일을 처리하고 6시에 퇴근하려고 하는데 갑자기 잠이 쏟아져서 자리에서 40분 정도 자고 일어나서 7시쯤에 퇴근했습니다.
오늘도 저녁은 skip하려고 했지만, 또 거하게 한그릇을 먹어버려 늦기 전에 나가서 걸어서 소화를 시켜야겠습니다.
