My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2024
어제 저녁을 좀 많이 먹기도 했고 일도 있고해서 1시가 넘어 샤워하고 누웠는데 실제로는 2시 반쯤에 잔 것 같습니다.
아침부터 한국과 회의하느라 정신없이 보내고 오후 3시쯤 되어서 겨우 커피한잔 가지고 잠시 쉬었는데, 4시쯤 되니 너무 피곤하고해서 5:30분에 정시퇴근을 했습니다.
일은 많지만 야근을 한다고해도 어차피 계속 밀리기에 그냥 일찍 와서 쉬는 것이 맞는 것 같습니다.
앞으로도 가능한 야근은 금지...
