My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2024
어제 18 마일 바람에 비까지 맞고 4시간 이상 라운딩을 해서 그런지 어제 저녁부터 콧물이 조금씩 나기 시작했습니다.
성당을 마치고 간단히 점심을 먹고 얼릉 집에와서 쉬니 조금은 나아졌지만 저녁이 될 수록 회복되는 것 같지 않아 내일 걱정이 좀 됩니다.
무슨 4월 중순이 이렇게도 추운건지, 눈이 와도 이상하지 않을 정도의 날씨입니다. 다음주 부터는 조금 회복되는 것 같긴한데, 다음주도 10도 미만이면 골프는 쉬어야겠습니다.
내일은 컨디션이 돌아오길...
