My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2019
어제 신경치료를 받을 때, 마취를 3번이나 했었는데 휴가일정이 있어서 억지로 치료를 한 탓에 마취가 풀리고 치통이 심해졌습니다.
최근 항생제를 거의 10일 이상 먹은 관계로 가능하면 약을 먹지 않으려고 했는데 어쩔수없이 진통제를 하루 반치를 먹었습니다. 특히 갑자기 기온이 떨어지면서 눈이 간질거리고 따가운데도 알러지 약은 먹을 엄두가 나지 않네요.
몸에 열이 많은 체질이라 겨울에도 외투외에는 모두 반팔뿐인데, 최근 나이가 들어서 인지, 가을이 되면 몸에 열이 올라 염증이 많이 생기는 것 같습니다. 운동을 하든 어떻게 하든 억지로 막을 수 있는 것 같지도 않고, 그냥 나이가 들어가고 몸에 면역력이 약해지는 자연스러운 현상인 것 같습니다.
받아들이고, 조금씩 덜 자극적인 음식과 생활을 해야겠습니다. 보다 적극적으로 몸을 챙겨야할 시기이고 나이입니다.
