Der Rücken ist schon besser geworden, aber ich spüre schon noch was 🙄. Morgen geht es zum Physio 💪👌.

Heute hatte ich normales Fechttraining und Lektion mit dem Nationaltrainer. Fechten und Lektion gingen gut.
