시작해서 많이 못 걸었네요~

추워서 못 걷고
미세먼지 많아서 못 걷고
너무 핑계가 많은 것 같습니다

    수고하셨습니다. 저의 경우는 스텝퍼는 운동이 억지스러운 면도 있고, 지겹기도 하고 결국 안하게 되는 것 같습니다. 지금은 고장났지만 ^^
