세실입니다.
잘들지내죠?
오늘 저는 걷기운동을 만보 하고 지금 들어왔어요.
자꾸눈이 감겨서 많은 얘기는 쓰지 못 하겠네요
그래도 오늘 운동 하고 왔는데
좀 밖에 먼지가 많은 것같네요.
운동 하고도 살찌는건 식사량 때문인가?
