My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2019........ Awesome Monday ๐๐ฃ๐ช๐๐๐๐จ๐๐ฏ๐ถโ โจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report ๐. The last day of September yet the first this week. Glad you stopped by and right about now allow me to quickly run you through my day.
I had aimed to start the week with a bang so the alarm was set and obeyed promptly. I walked and jogged ๐ around the neighborhood in the wonderful morning air ๐ .
Being a working day I had to detour and get back home to prepare for work. That happened fast and I gathered more steps walking to the main road to catch the bus.
The bus arrived after a few minutes and I made it to the office right on time ๐. I immediately got on with the tasks of the day. I did handle some pending stuff from last week too.
At lunch time I had the usual short walk ๐ฃ around the block. There was some nice warm sunshine ๐ and I was happy to stretch my legs.
After that awesome session I got back for the afternoon shift. That went well, no Monday blues to report ๐.
When the time was up I headed back home where I rested and relaxed for a while. Meanwhile I did some steeming and had snacks. When my energy came back I embarked on the final sunset โ
walk around the neighborhood.
I walked up until the main highway then to the shopping center. I got my dinner groceries and headed back home.
At home I did my pushups, had a shower and rested some more. Later I had dinner and caught up with the evening news.
That is pretty much how my Monday passed by. Thank you so much for reading and the continued support ๐.
