My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2018

Walking! Moving around and finding useful things considered as trash to be reused in between work, was a long day today but I had a new idea as to not carry the rucksack everywhere 😁

found this buggy thing a while back!

Kept off the sugar again today, here's the amount I had!

...milkshake with no added sugar but still it has 30 gram of hidden sugars - notice it says 1.5% , that's a trick! 30grams of added sugars are the daily advised amounts for a grown adult male!!

And a free protein yogurt, which was 200g in weight so this had 9 grams of sugar.

The "average person" would have also eating so much more sugars, they are hidden everywhere!


Near the cabin I found more mushrooms! Soon time to go out hunting!

Hey I see you re-use things you find.. ever considered picking up trash while your at it?

If you take a picture of the trash, put a date on it and tag it with #cleanplanet you might get an upvote for it too, all in the same post :-)

I dont do it so much,but whilst walking and hitchhiking along the side of busy roads i used to do it collecting the litter but then nobody would give a ride to someone thats carrying bags of trash lol

One mans trash is another mans treasure! 😉

I am also cutting back hard on sugars cuz I keep reading how terrible they are for us, especially the fake sugars like corn syrup and aspertame.. It is incredibly hard when buying stuff from the store cuz of all the hidden sugars, for that reason I try to always home cook when doing sugar fasts, but not eating sugar is fricken hard!

Hi mate! You should see how you feel when your waking up after a day before of eating under 30g of added sugars.. If i eat too much, when i go to bed the mind is full on cinema time and then to wake up,i feel like shit, like a real comedown from a drug! Its making us eat more because of "empty calories" which makes us consume more, it activates the mind which is the oppersite of great! And yeh,its pritty much another tool used by the ones behind the big curtain.. It is everywhere though lol

Its basically all added sugars, don't matter if its white refined or raw :) Obviously white sugar is just a huge NoNo, but sugar is sugar so I watch how much I take in. Dont know how to measure fruits sugar levels lol!

that's what i was wondering if your worry about fruit sugar as i am strong believer we can eat a lot fruit and it not effect us like sugar cane or like...
I try to use raw sugar cane or coconut sugar sure no better in the long run

33000steps on actifit?! Thats very high!! It really doesnt have a bad effect on me and so i dont worry too much for sugars in fruit,i eat alot of bamanas as they are good organic for value,burmt i dont really pay for much food ansmd so dont really choose what to eat so much. Dam.. Food is expensive!

Yup all i do is walk around when i am working... i wish food was cheaper lol.. food and rent are about 75% my wages
