Its basically all added sugars, don't matter if its white refined or raw :) Obviously white sugar is just a huge NoNo, but sugar is sugar so I watch how much I take in. Dont know how to measure fruits sugar levels lol!

that's what i was wondering if your worry about fruit sugar as i am strong believer we can eat a lot fruit and it not effect us like sugar cane or like...
I try to use raw sugar cane or coconut sugar sure no better in the long run

It really doesnt have a bad effect on me and so i dont worry too much for sugars in fruit,i eat alot of bamanas as they are good organic for value,burmt i dont really pay for much food ansmd so dont really choose what to eat so much. Dam.. Food is expensive!

Yup all i do is walk around when i am working... i wish food was cheaper lol.. food and rent are about 75% my wages
