I am also cutting back hard on sugars cuz I keep reading how terrible they are for us, especially the fake sugars like corn syrup and aspertame.. It is incredibly hard when buying stuff from the store cuz of all the hidden sugars, for that reason I try to always home cook when doing sugar fasts, but not eating sugar is fricken hard!

Hi mate! You should see how you feel when your waking up after a day before of eating under 30g of added sugars.. If i eat too much, when i go to bed the mind is full on cinema time and then to wake up,i feel like shit, like a real comedown from a drug! Its making us eat more because of "empty calories" which makes us consume more, it activates the mind which is the oppersite of great! And yeh,its pritty much another tool used by the ones behind the big curtain.. It is everywhere though lol
