My Actifit today : 18 October 2019
I went for a swim today, hoping it will help the knee a little. I swam slowly, and with hardly any force. Just slow and steady. After the swim, I could still feel the pain, and decided to take some anti inflammation medication. Within an hour or so, the pain was less and I got going with house chores. Hope the inflammation subsides.
Waoh, inculcating actifit and freewrite poetry together, that's cool.
Light, I kind of find it hard to think of any other light aside from the Word of God.....
