My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2018 - This is going to make me loose weight
Hey guys, this is my first post on Actifit hope I got it right.
I did a 35 minutes road walk this morning, feed the rabbits in my rabbit farm, went to buy some items for house use on foot, went to the office and did my normal office activities and finally came home to do some house chores.
Am testing to see if I got it right so I can have more activities the next day to report about.
I've notice I engaged in more activities today like walking just to build up the points, it means this is a weight watcher tool. Lol. I expect to loose weight in no distant time as I continue using it.
I am so impressed with Actifit that I delegated 100 SP yesterday.

I saw that lots of people are posting about actifit on steemit. How actifit works, I mean, is this is a website or any kind of app.

My dear friend, actifit is a fitness app that's on the steem blockchain. You can download it on your phone through Google Play Store for Android users and i think it's available for Apple users too.
Lol, I like trying out stuff, it gave me a heck of time to finally get it right and when it did it somehow posted twice, I told them about it on their discord channel but at the end of the day what was important was that I finally got it.
When you do use it, they reward you with upvote as well I.e. based on your activities and all that, you also get their token which I think will have great value when SMT is implemented.
To show my support for them I delegated 100 Steem Power to them, this is going earn me more rewards and returns. Thanks for your comment.

Exercise is ok for weight loss but what works really is a healthy diet. Diet is most important for weightloss . Good luck
That is true, but in my case it a problem of lack of motion. My work makes me sit a long time. As a matter of fact the issue about the motion thing also made me start the rabbit farm. Sitting all day long can be stressful as it is. Thanks for your comment.
