My Actifit Report Card: 3월 12 2019
안녕하세요
좋은친구(@gfriend96)가 되고싶은 부기입니다.
오늘은 날도춥고 점심시간즈음에 살짝 비가 왔네요
그래서 점심도 가까운곳으로 먹으러 가고
식사후 따로 산책도 하지 않았습니다.
AIA 건강걷기어플의 미션을 완료하려면 삼성헬스 기준으로 7500보를 걸어야 하는데
밤에 집에 들어오니 7000보 정도로 500보가 모자라더군요
둘째아이를 재우고나와서
쓸데없이 거실을 왔다갔다 하면서 7500보를 채웠습니다.
그러고 나서는 배가고파 이것저것 또 잔뜩 먹었군요 ㅠㅠ
요즘들어 왜이리 저녁마다 배가 고프고 먹을게 땡기는지..
내일은 집안에 볼일을 좀 보러 휴가를 냈습니다.
출퇴근시간에 걷는양이 줄어들어 내일은 걸음수가 적을것 같네요
그래도 시간 날때마다 좀 걸어야 겠습니다.
